The San Francisco Ballet School Spring Festival is an annual event organized jointly by the SF Ballet School, the SF Ballet Special Events team, and the SF Ballet Auxiliary Committee. The goal was to create a youthful and spring-like—yet still sophisticated—aesthetic that would generate excitement and entice guests to attend the event and support the SF Ballet School.
The festival brand direction was created by myself and I was also responsible for managing the project from conception to completion, including designing the assets, overseeing additional designers, preparing milestone reports, managing print production, and keeping the project timeline on track.
The project was completed within the allocated timeline and budget, and the final outcome was a resounding success, generating 110% of the financial goal.
